Are the products on this website good quality?
To start, a large percentage of the products you will find on this website are Pharmaceutical Grade. As for the remaining products, we only carry the highest quality brands and products.
If we won’t use it ourselves, then we wont’t sell it to you!
Where do you ship from?
We ship domestically to all parts of Canada, with the product being shipped from within Canada. This means you don’t have to worry about customs seizing your shipment, or being charged duty or brokerage fees.
What shipping method do you use?
We ship with Canada Post Express Post. Cost is $25 to $35 depending on your location. Delivery is free for orders over $300.
Delivery will take 1-5 business days depending on your location. Tracking number will be provided when the item has shipped.
Note: Please note that the shipping timeframes quoted are provided as per Canada Post’s website.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Your order can be tracked on Canadapost.ca
You can expect to receive an email with a tracking number 1 to 2 business days after your payment has been received. Please do not email us requesting a tracking number unless at least 3 business days have passed since your payment has been received.
How do I pay with E-Transfer?
Once you are ready to checkout, select pay by E-Transfer and submit your order. You will receive an email with instructions, your security question and password for the transfer.
Etransfers are sent to salespharmatek@gmail.com. Once your etransfer has been received, your order will be finalized and shipped out within 24 hours.
